Welcome to geatformdvd.com! This site will be evolving for a while, thanks for your patience! Sticking to a fitness routine can be tough. It's no different for me and sometimes I can’t even imagine picking up a weight and the couch is as far as I get. That’s ok. Time to reflect on what my true motivation is to stay on track is just what I need sometimes- and in this case support can go a long way. This is where the site comes in. With GREAT FORM equals GREAT RESULTS, Just viewing and practicing what you learn from the DVDs is not where it ends but rather where it begins.

The information you find here is meant to enhance what you learn from the DVDs, to add even more tools to your belt.
